Legal
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: August 24, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to https://www.seofor.accountants, operated by SEO For Accountants. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. The practice
SEO For Accountants is an SEO practice for accounting firms, tax practices, and CPA firms in the United States. The site is informational. A booked call does not create a client engagement until both sides agree in writing. Nothing on this site is tax, legal, or accounting advice, and SEO For Accountants is not a CPA firm.
3. Use of the site
You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Transmit material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Interfere with anyone else's use of the site, or attempt to probe, scrape, or disrupt the service
4. Intellectual property
Text, layout, marks, graphics, and other content on this site belong to SEO For Accountants or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from that content without prior written consent, except for ordinary viewing of the site.
Client names, results, and screenshots appear with permission or as website examples. They remain the property of their owners.
5. Results
SEO outcomes depend on the market, the website, competition, and Google. Rankings, traffic, and booked work are not guaranteed. Case studies describe one firm's results and are not a promise of the same numbers for another practice.
6. Privacy
Use of the site is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms. Calendly's terms apply when you book a call through the embed.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SEO For Accountants does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEO For Accountants is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or reliance on its contents.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when that happens. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
